Isaac Reed, who is a member of a gun club, posted sinister pictures of himself with an array of weapons.
The 18-year-old, who posed in front of Nazi flags, declared: “When the Musrats attack I’m ready to fix bayonets and slot the bastards.”
The shocking comments were posted next to a picture of an antique gun he owns – fixed with a bayonet.
Angry Reed, who admits to having mood swings, also said: “I’m f***ing p***ed off.
“I’m sick of seeing damn musrats everywhere I go, this country should be called Englandistan.”
His worrying online profile emerged just days after a US teenager with access to guns launched a deadly attack.
Last week, 19-year-old Nikolas Cruz gunned down 17 people at his former high school in Florida.
Reed, who is a member of the King’s Lynn St Michael’s Rifle and Pistol Club, near his home in Norfolk, describes himself as a “proud gun owner”.
He appears to have access to an extensive arsenal including handguns and assault rifles.
The teenager is not believed to have a gun licence, but he makes references which suggest he intends to modify deactivated guns into live ones.
He has also advertised online looking to buy armour-piecing bullets for a high-velocity rifle.
Last night the gun club declined to comment about Reed.
His rants – posted under the name “Online Raymond” – also raise fresh concerns over internet giant Facebook’s ability to monitor threatening hate-filled posts on its site.
The teenager – who posts videos made by far-right agitator Tommy Robinson – gloated about getting kicked out of college for “burning highly inflammable s**t” and drinking on campus.
He also says he is “really sick of this life” and posts videos of himself experimenting with guns and explosives at his home.
Last night, Reed’s grandmother insisted that Reed wasn’t being malicious despite his chilling messages and photos.
She said: “He has complex needs and isn’t going to shoot anyone.
“He doesn’t have a gun licence and doesn’t need one to be part of the gun club that he is a member of.
“When he says he is going to shoot Muslims he isn’t really going to do that – how many people say that but actually do it?”
He also admitted he was a Tory voter and massive fan of Theresa May and Jacob Rees Mogg and their far right views.
Last night, Norfolk Police were unavailable for comment.
